Falling down again

It is a very normal feature now to see the stocks in Asia dropping, ever since the U.S. economic growth has slowed down bringing the rest of the world to a slower growth. The MSCI Asia-Pacific excluding Japan Index lost 2.6 percent to 456.57 as of 6:15 p.m. in Hong Kong, its lowest since Jan. 23. South Korea's Kospi fell 3.3 percent. India's Sensitive Index slid 4.8 percent, the most in Asia. The expectations of a U.S. recession is very eminent, the question is whether this would be a long one or a short one. The problem started when the housing loan owners became defaulters. It is still not clear if banks have been able to account the subprime losses so far or not.

The slowdown in the U.S. economy growth has slowed down the economies in the rest of the world. No one is sure what will bring a stability into the market.
